“Every member of the state ought diligently to read and to study the constitution of this country and to teach the rising generation to be free. By knowing their rights, they will sooner perceive when they are violated and be better prepared to defend and assert them.”

-John Jay, 1st Chief Justice
of the United States Supreme Court 1785-95

We as parents and grandparents have a responsibility to teach our children about the founding principles of liberty that motivated our nation’s founders to be that “tireless minority.” We are at a crossroads in this country as a result of the erosion of these principles in our society. This erosion has taken place not only in government but in our homes. We must know the principles of freedom and liberty and we must educate those within our sphere of influence to understand them as well. With that knowledge and understanding, we must all inform our choices to re-establish those principles to be the basis of our society and to take the responsibility that this knowledge and understanding places upon us all.
This site is about helping responsible, liberty-loving parents with resources to help educate their children (of all ages) about the wisdom of the Founding Fathers and Documents and how to understand and teach the principles behind them.
